This object specifies the codec to be used when
fax upspeed happens.
The default value for this object is 'g711u' when
the line type is T1 and 'g711a' when the line
type is E1.
This object is applicable only in the case of
VoIP applications, for AAL2 the upspeedCodec
is obtained from profile table and this object
will have no affect.
