vismReverseCotTone

This attribute defines the direction of COT Tone 
that is sent in a 2w to 4w arrangement. The VISM
responds to a request  from the call agent through
the M:conttest mode, it returns a 1780 Hz tone in 
response to a 2010 Hz go tone and vice versa.
