This attribute defines the hangover time for VAD in
milliseconds.  Once the voice inactivity is detected,
the gateway will wait for this duration before
activating silence suppression on an AAL2 SVC/PVC.
          
The value in this object will be utilized when the call
agent does not specify this in CRCX.
