vismLocalNSAP

This object identifies the local NSAP address.
The NSAP is 20 bytes binary and is encoded as follows:
 13 bytes  : for prefix(node name) 
  2 bytes  : for Cisco ID 
  1 byte   : Reserved
  3 bytes  : for logical interface:
             slot (1 byte) and port number (2 bytes), 
  1 byte   : for SEL(Selector).
