This object defines the LCN to be used as
a fallback mechanism, in case the primary
PVC fails. This is applicable if the PVC
is configured for redundancy. The redundancy
is applicable for both applications i.e
control PVC and bearer PVC.
This object is applicable only if the
vismChanProtection is set to 'protected'.
It is mandatory if the PVC is protected.
