vismChanCdvt

This object defines the CDVT (Cell Delay Variation
Tolerance) for the connection. CDVT is useful for
determining the playout buffer size in the DSPs.
This object is applicable only in AAL1 adaptation. 
For AAL2, the equivalent of this parameter, known
as PDVT (Packet Delay Variation Tolerance) is
internally derived.
