Object
This object specifies the global server dead time
configuration for all TrustSec downloaded servers.
The value of deadtime indicates how long a server
should not be retried once it has been marked as
dead by the server-aliveness automated test.
ctsvAllServerTestDeadTime is used by those
servers which do not have per-server deadtime
configuration.
Setting ctsvAllServerTestDeadTime affects all the
instances of ctsvServerTestDeadTime in
ctsvServerTestConfigTable.
