flow:
              
    'roundTripTime'
        If this bit is set to '1', then the corresponding
        instances of cfmTcpMetricsRoundTripTimeScale,
        cfmTcpMetricsRoundTripTimePrecision, and 
        cfmTcpMetricsRoundTripTime are valid.
