A SSL policy defines a set of cipher suites to be
supported, and the SSL or TLS protocol parameters.
Each policy can be assigned to one or more proxy
services.
If no SSL policy is assigned to a proxy service, all
supported cipher suites and all protocol versions
will be enabled by default.
