cspPsListIndex

The unique index of a proxy service within a list.
              
If the cspPsName string is assigned to a list of 
proxy services, this index is used to identify 
a proxy service within the list.  
              
If the cspPsName string is unique per proxy service, 
this index is not used, and the value shall be 0.
