column connectionsSNMPv2-SMICounter64 
The number of connections established through SLB
(reached the ESTAB state).  TCP connections reach
the ESTAB state after a SYN - SYN/ACK exchange.  UDP
connections reach the ESTAB state after data is sent
from the client or server.  This is the 64-bit version
of slbStatsEstablisedConnections.
