server changes to a new state.
          
- entPhysicalParentRelPos contains the slot
number of the module.
          
- slbVirtualServerState contains the new state of the 
virtual server identified by slbVirtualServerName.
          
- slbVirtualIpAddress contains the ip address of the 
virtual server identified by slbVirtualServerName.
          
- slbVirtualProtocol contains the protocol of the 
virtual server identified by slbVirtualServerName.
          
- slbVirtualPort contains the port number of the 
virtual server identified by slbVirtualServerName.
          
- slbName contains the name of the virtual server
identified by slbVirtualServerName.
