This object controls the generation of following
notifications:
ciscoSlbVServerStateChange
ciscoSlbVServerVIPStateChange
'true' Indicates whether notification is to be
generated when the state changes. That is,
the notification generation is enabled.
'false' Indicates notification should not be generated.
That is, the notification generation is disabled.
