row 
An entry describes a VRF selectively downloaded to a
physical entity capable of forwarding packets.  The
system creates an entry when the selective VRF
download feature determines that a physical entity
requires a VRF.  The system destroys an entry when the
selective VRF download feature determines that a
physical entity does not require a VRF.
