This object specifies if the RSCN module should
generate 'rscnElsRxRejectReqNotify' notifications.
          
If value of this object is 'true', then the
notification is generated when a RSCN request that is
rejected by another device is received on the local
device.
          
If it is 'false', the notification is not generated.
