This object represents the address of a 
port on the local device. This object was 
copied either from the cpsmPortBindLoginPoint 
object in the cpsmPortBindTable or from the
cpsmPortBindEnfLoginPoint object in the
cpsmPortBindEnfTable at the time when the
difference operation was done.
