This object specifies the insistent domain id
of the switch represented by the corresponding
instance of cpsmFabricBindEnfSwitchWwn.
This object was copied from the 
cpsmFabricBindDomId object in the
cpsmFabricBindTable at the time when the
currently active fabric bindings were activated.
