This object specifies the insistent domain id
of the switch represented by the corresponding
instance of cpsmFabricBindDiffSwitchWwn.
This object was copied either from the
cpsmFabricBindDomId object in the
cpsmFabricBindTable or from the
cpsmFabricBindEnfDomId object in the
cpsmFabricBindEnfTable when the difference
operation was done.
