This object indicates the reason why the overlay is
AED-incapable.
              
'other' - Any other reason not covered by below enumerations
              
'overlayDown' - Overlay is Down
              
'siteIdNotConfigured' - Site ID is not configured
              
'siteIdMismatch' - Site ID mismatch
              
'versionMismatch' - Version mismatch
              
'siteVlanDown' - Site VLAN is Down
              
'noExtendedVlanUp' - No extended VLAN is operationally up
              
'noOverlayAdjacencyUp' - No Overlay Adjacency is up
              
'lspdbSyncIncomplete'  - LSPDB sync incomplete
              
'overlayDownInProgress' - Overlay state down event in progress
              
'isisControlGroupSyncPending'  - ISIS control group sync
                                 pending
