scalar NTPAssocIdentifier 
The current synchronization source.  This will
contain the unique association identifier
cntpPeersAssocId of the corresponding peer entry in
the cntpPeersVarTable of the peer acting as the
synchronization source.  If there is no peer, the
value will be 0.
