T4 external output table.
This table contains a list of T4 external outputs.
          
Each T4 external output is associated with clock
source(s) to be found in cnsT4ClockSourceTable.
The clock selection process considers all the
available clock sources and select the T4 clock
source based on the G.781 clock selection algorithm.
