This object indicates the address of the prefix that triggered
the ciscoNetRegDhcpv6AddressShortageStart or 
ciscoNetRegDhcpv6AddressShortageStop event. This attribute is 
available only if the cnrdhcpv6ThresholdType object for the 
event has the value 'prefix'.
