The application or protocol which the
management station wishes to configure a
threshold on.
This object is an index into the
SupportedProtocolsTable where details
of the protocol can be found.
If cnpdThresholdConfigProtocolAny is set
to TRUE this value will be ignored. If it
is set to FALSE, then cnpdThresholdConfigProtocol
will be the only protocol that is checked
to see if it has breached the threshold.
