occurrence.
If the application period has not completed when a
cmplsTunnelAutoBWUnderflowLimit underflow has occurred, a new
bandwidth will be applied.
This object value is not aplicable if cmplsTunnelAutoBWStatus is
'autoBWDisabled'.
