column Integer32 
This object is used to indicate number of IP addresses are 
associated with this MGC.
              
The value zero means there is no IP address associated with
this MGC.
              
The MGC can not be deleted if the value of this object is 
non-zero and cMgcResolution is configured to 
'internalOnly'.
