Indicates the MAC address that is moved between
cmnMACMoveFromPortId and cmnMACMoveToPortId on 
cmnMACMoveVlanNumber.  This object is instantiated only 
when cmnMACMoveFeatureEnabled value is set to true(1) and
a MAC move is detected by the MAC move notification feature.
