This object represents the bandwidth relative
to the maximum allocated bandwidth indicated by
cLQd11aVoiceMaxAdmBandwidth, that can be
allocated to roaming clients for voice traffic,
when admission control is enabled for 802.11a
interfaces in the controller.
Please note that the write operation on this
object will be successful only if the 802.11a
network is disabled and not operational. The
value configured through this object takes
effect when the 802.11a network is enabled.
