This object specifies the priority configured for
an anchor WLC mapped on a WLAN.
local(1) - Local priority can't be configured. This indicates 
           that anchor WLC is configured with its own IP.
              
primary(2) - This indicates that anchor WLC configured with 
             this priority will have highest priority.
              
secondary(3) - This indicates that anchor WLC configured with 
               this priority will have medium priority.
              
tertiary(4) - This indicates that anchor WLC configured with 
              this priority will have lowest priority.
