This object specifies priority of the mobility anchor (for the foreign controller) A value of '1' indicates local anchor priority (this is not permitted to be configured) A value of '2' indicates primary anchor priority. A value of '3' indicated secondary anchor priority. A value of '4' indicated tertiary anchor priority.
