This object specifies the UNI1 Channel status.
A value of 'true' indicates that B domain channels for 
outdoor mesh AP can be alllowed.
A value of 'false' indicates that B domain channels for 
outdoor mesh AP cannot be allowed.
This doesnot implies for non-outdoor mesh APs.
