scalar Enumeration 
This object specifies the failure reason when
a mesh node failed to authenticate through a 
controller to an Authentication Server.
   notInMacFilterList - MAC address of a mesh node
               is not configured in MAC filter list.
   securityFailure    - Authentication server sent
                        rejection for the mesh node.
