scalar r/w SNMPv2-TCTruthValue 
This object specifies if the statistics of the DHCP servers
is cleared or not.
A 'true' value clears all the statistics of all the DHCP 
servers.
A 'false' value specifies that statistics of all the DHCP 
servers has not been cleared.
