scalar r/w Enumeration 
This object specifies to configure the RADIUS Fallback Test mode 
on the WLC. Following are the configurable options:-
off (1) - Disables RADIUS server fallback test.
passive (2) - Sets server status based on last transaction.
active (3) - Sends probes to dead servers to test status.
