The possible values allowed are - 
no delimiter (0)  - as in xxxxxxxxxxxx.
colon (1)         - as in xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx.  
hyphen (2)        - as in xx-xx-xx-xx-xx-xx.  
single hyphen (3) - as in xxxxxx-xxxxxx.
