This object specifies the accounting and encryption key shared between
the RADIUS client and this RADIUS Server.
When the claRadiusAccServerKeyFormat is hex it
can have max length of 128 bytes. If the
claRadiusAccServerKeyFormat is Ascii it can have
max length of 64 bytes.
