Object

notification 
The device generates this notification when the xTR fails to
register a database mapping with the map-server. 
The lispMappingDatabaseEidLength, lispMappingDatabaseEid,
lispUseMapServerAddressLength, lispUseMapServerAddress values 
are attached to the notification object ID.
