this VLAN. 
              
When the instance value of this object is set to 0, no lower 
threshold limit will be applied for this Vlan and the 
corresponding instance value of clcVlanMacLimitExceededAction 
of the same row has no effect.
              
The default value of this object is the value of 
clcMaxMacLimitDefault.
