This object specifies the life of all the operations that are
getting group scheduled. This value will be placed into
cipslaAutoGroupSchedRttLife object when this conceptual control
row becomes 'active'.
The value 2147483647 has a special meaning. When this object is
set to 2147483647, the rttMonCtrlOperRttLife object for all the
operations will not decrement, and thus the life time of the
operation will never end.
