This object specifies the ageout value of the operations that are
getting group scheduled. This value will be placed into
rttMonSchedAdminConceptRowAgeout object for each of the
operations in the group when this conceptual control row becomes 
'active'.
              
When this value is set to zero, the operations will never ageout.
