column r/w CISCO-IPSEC-TCCIPsecTunnelIdleTime 
This object specifies the idle time (lack of traffic)
in seconds of a tunnel spawned by this cryptomap after 
which the tunnel will be torn down.
              
The default value of this object is the current value
of cipsTunnelIdleTimeout.
