column OctetsSNMPv2-SMICounter32 
The total number of uncompressed octets sent
by all current and previous IPsec Phase-2 Tunnels.  
This value is accumulated BEFORE the packet is 
compressed. If compression is not being used, this 
value will match the value of cipSecGlobalOutOctets. 
See also cipSecGlobalOutDecompOctWraps for the number 
of times this counter has wrapped.
