The only way an entry can be created is by setting the
ciiIPAddressStatus object to 'create and go' and the
only way an entry can be destroyed is by setting the
ciiIPAddressStatus object to 'destroy'.
Any column in the entry may be modified anytime,
when the value of ciiIPAddressStatus is 'active'.
