When cicNotifCntlIkeAllNotifs has the value 'true',
this variable controls the generation of
cicNotifCntlIkePolicyDeleted notification.
          
When this variable is set to 'true', generation 
of the notification is enabled. When this variable 
is set to 'false', generation of the notification 
is disabled.
