column CIsnsPortalSecurityBitmapId 
Indicates security attribute settings for the Portal as 
registered in the Portal Security Bitmap attribute.  The bit 
for bitmapVALID must be set in order for this attribute to 
contain valid information. 
              
Setting a bit to true (1) indicates the feature is 
enabled.
