This object specifies the maximum contention 
window value for a traffic category. The
backoff interval of a radio is calculated
from a pseudo random integer drawn from 
a uniform distribution over the interval 
[1, CW+1], where CW is an integer within 
the range of values of the cid11CWmin and 
cid11CWmax.
