Object
This object specifies if the DHCP module should
generate 'cDhcpv4ServerIfLeaseLimitExceeded'
notifications.
If value of this object is 'true', then the notification
is generated when the number of leases offered to DHCP
clients behind an interface is reached based on per
limit lease configuration command.
If it is 'false', the notification is not generated.
