This object specifies whether the SGW CDR
generation is enabled or disabled, for the sessions
in SPGW mode.
When set to 'true' SGW mode CDR generation is enabled.
when set to 'false' SGW mode CDR generation is Disabled.
By default the value of this object is 'false'.
