scalar r/w Enumeration

This object is used to close all existing CDRs, transfer them
to the CG and open new partial CDRs for any existing PDP 
contexts.
   closeCdr - close all existing CDRs.
   canCloseCdr - CDRs can be closed. This object can be set
   to 'closeCdr' only when it is in 'canCloseCdr' state.
   cannotCloseCdr - CDRs cannot be closed.  
   closingCdr - CDRs are being closed.
