This object if set to 'true', S-CDR CAMEL information
recieved from SGSN, which is a copy of Tag and Length 
from SGSN's CDR (S-CDR) is included in G-CDR. 
          
If this object is set to 'false', CAMEL field is not 
included in G-CDRs.
