Object
This object is to specify whether the requested MBR/GBR
be downgraded or PDP to be rejected if the requested MBR/GBR
exceeds the value set in cggsnUmtsQosCacTcBitRate.
'true' - The request will be rejected if exceeded.
'false' - The requested MBR will be downgraded if
exceeded.
